Welcome to the World as I see it.
Welcome to my Travel and Photography Blog! What’s Inside?
I will bring you stories of my travels, some solo and most with my wife, that will hopefully inspire you to make your own travel plans, to go out and see our world. Or even going out and explore nearer to where you live. I even discuss the photographic methods I used during these adventures.
Get out and Adventure!
Choose a journey, plan and execute. There is so much of the world to see and so little time…get out there!
If you’re willing to put in the time and effort, adventuring in Iceland can pay off 100 fold. Driving from cool place to cool place can be long and, in in climate weather, may not seem worth it. But on some level, you will be satisfied with what is on offer in Iceland.

Eilean Donan Castle sits under brooding skies, highlighted by the depths of black and white post-production. Scotland can take on a whole different look in monochrome!
Tucson, Arizona has so much texture and color to it that I could blog all day about it. But there are so many other places to find both of those items. I hope you have the chance to notice some on your own!
This handsome specimen is a Great Short-Horned Lizard. You’ll find him and a whole bunch more cool animals and places in Arizona!

Shooting length-wise, clouds and people are just some ways that you can provide depth in your photographs. You can also demonstrate size differences in either direction from big to small.

While traveling the back roads of where it is that you live, you may very well encounter rusty objects, big and small and in various levels of decay. Take this rail car for instance, rusty goodness abounds!
